Produced to Pharmaceutical-Grade Standards

Every Heilebär formula is produced by a German manufacturer to EU pharmaceutical-grade Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards — the same quality-management framework used in pharmaceutical production, applied here to a dietary supplement. Formula development is overseen by Heilebär's Chief R&D Officer, Prof. Dr. med. Marcus von Behring, working alongside the brand's in-house research team.

Clinical Testing

Tested Before Every Release

Each Heilebär formula is tested on more than 100 German children before release. Testing has been carried out by Limbach Analytics GmbH, an independently accredited testing laboratory (DAkkS accreditation to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018) based in Mannheim, Germany. The lutein studies measure factors including ocular axial length, macular pigment optical density and serum lutein/zeaxanthin levels. Heilebär does not publish individual study results on this website; as with any dietary supplement, effects can vary between individuals, and these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
